My accomplishments and achievements in State and National level yoga competition coach, SGF( school and games federation of India) to the school students. I have 3years experience in Yoga teaching and iam yoga teacher in VYS Vedic Yoga Shala since last 2 years ago.my suggestion to follow ashtanga yoga complete transformation in physical,mental,emotional,spiritual its best way to understanding of yoga.
