I have over 9 years experience in Corporate Training, Coaching, Induction and Employee Empowerment. I am proficient in managing, sensitizing and training a diverse mix of participants. The extensive knowledge of Training and HRD processes stems from having worked with the best multinationals; all with a passion and drive for employee empowerment. My practical experience in adule learning stems from my wiide experience of different cultures, attitudes and behaviours from having widely travelled across the world. Academically, I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Introduction Psychology. In addition to several corporate certifications on English Teaching, Voice & Accent and several other soft skills and behavioral skills I am a Certified Learning & Development Manager.
