Every soul is blessed with a wonderful power. Everything is possible,if done with interest, involvement, hardwork, dedication and love. Learning is everlasting process. But,the attitude about learning,way of learning,goal of learning makes the difference. I always concentrate on developing interest in learning rather than injecting knowledge into the mind. I always probe the learner to find the solution themselves rather than teaching the steps of solution. I always try to make children to enjoy the process of finding the solution rather than focussing only on the solution. When children develop interest in every step of calculation, they feel happy to do it,and happy minds finds solution easily. I feel myself as a learner standing at the beeach of ocean of knowledge. It gives me a wonderful view of knowledge ocean and always enjoys surf of challenging waves. I never force my children to complete the homework in given time,but make them to apply their knowledge in real life situations. I never stick to any conventional method of solving but believe in mental math tricks and techniques if applicable. I never judge children and never stop reinforcing my student. I prepare myself good enough to make each session lively, interactive, fruitful.
