I am a Vedic Meditation Practitioner since 2020 and teaching both online/offline meditation for almost 3 years (33 months to be precise)
I also conduct outdoor meditation in Nature like Parks and lake
Vedic Meditation is the ancient way of taking control of the body, which was taught in gurukuls in vedic times. It deals with body-mind-spirit dynamics for wellbeing and evolution.
