You know the language, and you know you can speak it well, so start with shedding the fear of going wrong or freezing mid-sentence. This quarantine is giving you ample time to view web-series, read newspapers and more. Make the most of it and try using sentences from there while conversing with your family members, this way you will be able to get the correct pronunciation of words, attitude and the proper tone of voice.

Make the most of it and try using sentences from there while conversing with your family members, this way you will be able to get the correct pronunciation of words, attitude and the proper tone of voice.
