Parth Sarthy

I hold a strong academic and professional background, having worked
with the Central Bank of India from 2018 until 2024. While my tenure
in the banking sector was enriching in many ways, I always felt a deep
inclination toward academics and mentoring. This prompted me to take a
conscious decision in 2024 to dedicate a year solely to the
preparation of the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

During this period of intense study and self-reflection, I came to a
meaningful realization: my true interest lies not in the pursuit of
the services themselves, but in contributing to the journey of those
who aspire to serve. I found myself more passionate about discussing
ideas, simplifying complex political theories, and engaging with peer
groups on analytical debates—elements that align naturally with
teaching.

Moreover, my interest in education and mentoring is not new. During my
college days, I consistently engaged in teaching school students, both
as a means of supporting myself and as a rewarding learning
experience. It not only strengthened my foundational understanding but
also helped me develop the ability to communicate ideas effectively,
tailor explanations to diverse learners, and build a rapport that
motivates students.
