How do we print something, e.g. my name, in C language without using the printf function?

including the header files in C source programs is optional. But header files contain function prototypes. If you include them the compiler can do the type checking at compile time. And hence your program will have less chances of failing at run time. It is a good programming practice to include the... ...more

But header including is must in C++ because in c++ prototyping is not optional it is compulsory.

Not required. Python is a scripting language, you can learn it with out any knowledge of programming. But having the basic knowledge of any programming language makes your learning easy and fast.

How do I write this C programme?

Develop the algorithm use the operating system of your choice. The editor and the compiler supported by that os. To test your logic. My choice is linux, vi editor, gcc compiler. Develop the source file as per your algorithm. Compile using the gcc compiler. Execute the executable and test the code.

build an understanding of HTTP. then start learning java script to make it event driven. or to add client side validation of the HTTP pages. W3schools will be a great help
