I am adept in weight loss, myofibrillar hypertrophy,sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy,bodyweight training , aerobic power.
Since my childhood i have been habituated in martial arts.
So i combine martial arts with most of the exercises for people needed in order to be physically fit,which can only be achieved through moderate to vigorous exercises ,Sufficient rest and proper nutrition.
For special population candidates out there such as with type 2 diabetes,hypertension, thyroidism,low back pain etc. I have trained many people.
