I am a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in boxing and
personal training. My journey as a fitness expert began with obtaining certifications
from ACE (American Council on Exercise) and European Exercise Counseling Level 4,
solidifying my commitment to promoting health and wellness.
My foray into personal training started a decade ago when I observed people facing
health issues and realized the transformative impact proper fitness training could
have on their lives. This realization inspired me to become a personal trainer, and over
the years, I have been actively involved in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
My passion for boxing has been a lifelong pursuit, spanning over 12 years. Beyond being
a personal trainer, I am a Boxing National Silver Medalist, a testament to my
dedication and proficiency in the sport. Combining my love for boxing with my expertise
in personal training, I offer a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating both physical
conditioning and boxing techniques.
As a freelancer, I have had the privilege of training individuals for more than ten years,
witnessing their remarkable transformations in terms of physical fitness, mental well--
being, and overall health. My approach emphasizes personalized training programs
tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
My sessions, whether conducted online or offline, last for one hour, encompassing
practical training that includes both traditional personal training exercises and boxing
techniques. The incorporation of boxing not only adds an element of excitement but
also provides a comprehensive full-body workout, enhancing cardiovascular health,
strength, and agility.
Live sessions play a central role in my training methodology, offering real-time
guidance, corrections, and motivation. This approach ensures that clients receive
personalized attention, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment that
facilitates optimal results.
In addition to physical training, I provide essential nutritional support to complement clients'
fitness journeys. Recognizing the importance of a balanced diet in achieving fitness
