Have and show patience, answer to the point with confidence. Treat the interviewer as if he doesn't know anything on the subject but that doesn't mean you can deviate from what you are being asked for. Respect the time of the interviewer and always stick to the point that you are pointing with precise and crisp answers. Please try to answer yourself well before the interview: 1. Why you are the best for the position that interviewer / co. looking for. 2. What are the objectives of the company trying to accomplish in the next few years. 3. Answer 2 should be aligned with your vision and goals as it makes more sense. 4. Always highlight the challenges and complexities that you came across in your past and how did you come across. 5. Be honest and redemptive.
