I am a multi-skilled professional with 24 years of experience in corporate. I am a highly experienced trainer, writer, director, a film maker and had been a former tata motors employee for 21 yrs. I am a trainer by choice and my passion towards training inspired me to resign his secure job in tata motors and start my own training institution “godhuli academy” in 2012.
Graduate in ayurvedic medicine and surgery, I have pioneered ‘theatrically animated training” a tool which is a big contribution in the field of training and development. I have been an active member and a trainer of jharkhand human resource development centre @jhrdc, jharkhand and have contributed and created a very strong learning and development platform for jhrd.
