• I feel rapport with the students is very important
• Conducting periodical tests to measure the depth of their knowledge
• Keep a dairy and records on each student’s activities
• Arrange internal tournaments.
• Guiding all students by developing their aptitude skills and wisdom
• Giving a target for each students for improving their knowledge
• Providing them material for daily activity.
