I have hands-on experience teaching Spoken English, primarily to working professionals from the security sector. My teaching focuses on practical communication skills that help learners speak confidently in real-life and workplace situations. I have trained students from beginner to intermediate levels by building a strong foundation in basic grammar, sentence structure, and everyday vocabulary. I emphasize speaking practice through simple conversations, helping students gradually improve fluency and pronunciation. Instead of focusing only on theory, I use real-life scenarios to make learning more effective and engaging. A key part of my teaching experience is job-oriented communication. I train learners in situations they face daily, such as interacting with visitors, communicating with colleagues and supervisors, and responding to emergencies. This includes teaching polite and professional language suitable for corporate environments. I also conduct interview preparation sessions, including mock interviews, self-introduction practice, and common question handling. I guide students on how to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally. My teaching methodology is interactive and student-centered. I use role plays, daily speaking exercises, and the 5W1H method (What, Why, When, Where, Who, How) to develop thinking and communication skills. I also provide bilingual support when needed to ensure better understanding. Overall, my teaching has helped learners improve their confidence, fluency, and ability to communicate effectively in both daily life and professional settings.
