I am an experienced Clinical Data Specialist with over 3 years of experience in Clinical Research. With an exposure to a wide spectrum of activities associated with the various clinical data management activities involved in clinical Trials. And well experienced in Set up, Conduct, Close out phases in CDM. In my organization I provide mentoring to new employees to develop in the CDM expertise to effectively perform their duties and contribute to the team’s success. And regularly guide my juniors/freshers to master their skills in CR and CDM to get placed in the in CRO industries.
