Hi Mahesh, Please be looking in the newspapers for ads released by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). You have to apply for this and the IBPS will conduct a written exam for the eligible candidates. Successful candidates have to face an interview and those who are finally selected based on the written exam and interview will be allocated one of the banks. Prepare from now itself and books on these are available in the market, which you can buy and prepare. Try to get additional information from recently passed students whom you will find in some banks. They are called Probationary Officers and contacte them in some banks and they may provide useful information regarding the nature and type of exam and about interview also.
