Have you done certification? Find one good reference. Which areas you are good in sapsd . Wait in current company around 3 to 4 years. Market is open for 3+??. Learn other areas where you don't have practice. You implementation or support experience?

where you have domain experience? if it is related manufactring you can go a head. if not also, if you have dedication, you can do anything in sap. but if you have domain knowlege, it is bit easy.
