I am a qualified yoga teacher by qci( quality council of india). I am practicing yoga for past 5 years and I started teaching from last 3 years both online and offline, group class and personal classes.I teach astanga yoga, yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation technics, theory part in yoga(raja yoga, karma yoga, mantra yoga), spiritual yoga, yoga therapy,etc. My students say that by practicing yoga they are free from stress,anxiety, weight reduction, etc. Most of the people who are suffering from back pain because of their seating position can relieve pain by doing simple asanas and can strengthen their back. By practicing 1 hr yoga, it will be helpful for remaining 23 hrs in a day. I teach only for ladies and children only.
