In many of the professional courses, practical training is compulsory like articleship for Chartered Accountancy course, Java, C+ for B.E. etc. but none for commerce graduates who want to build their careers in the field of Finance.
We at G- MaC Academy ourselves CAs have experienced this while recruiting commerce graduates for various roles such as Accountant, HR, AR, AP etc. We knew this problem existed since years in the industry.
