I'm Dr. Suhasa G, a certified yoga trainer with B.E., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees in Biotechnology.

I have demonstrated & instructed Vyayama (Body Loosening Exercises), Kriya (Cleansing Practices), Suryanamaskara (Sun Salutation), Asana (Yoga Postures / Poses), Mudra (Yogic seal / gestures), Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) & Dhyana (Meditation).

I am a regular practitioner of yoga & a beneficiary of yogic practices.

From my experiences in yoga, I recently developed "BLiSSSS Meditation", a meditation learning technique, that is published as an ebook in Amazon Kindle ("BLiSSSS Meditation: Incorporating multisensory focus in meditation: An overview of its development and current status") and in Zenodo, an open-access research repository (titled: BLiSSSS Meditation: Conceptualization and an artificial intelligence-based exploratory evaluation; DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18675615).

4. Mudra & Pranayama
5. Dhyana / Meditation (structured)
