Dr Shiva Prakash

Dr.Shiva Prakash.M a esteemed professor and holds a PGDP in Yoga.His journey into yoga began during his high school days, where he sought divine guidance from Yoga Master Ananth Kumar Swamiji. Dr. Prakash has completed various training courses, including Teacher Training at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Samsthana (SVYASA), Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY), Pranic Healing,Sudarshana KriyaYoga(Art of living), KriyaYoga Training(Mahavatar Babaji), Vedanta Maharishi Yoga, Siddha Kundalini Yoga, Sahaja Siddha Meditation, Heartfulness Meditation,Shiva Yoga (Shivananda Babaji), and Anapanasati Foundation course by Pyramid Valley International.
In 2018, he was honored with the title "Yogacharya." Dr. Prakash is certified as a "Yoga Instructor" by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, under the Prime Minister Kousalya Vikas Yojana(PMKVY), conforming to the National Skills Qualification Framework Level-4.
Dr Prakash had participated in international yoga day on 21 june 2020 jointly organized by International Naturopathy Organization(INO),Surya foundation,Supported by Minstry of AYUSH,Govt. of India,Bengaluru.

Dr Prakash had participated in ‘Yoga for unity&well being’ a 100 days of yoga program ,Mar 14 to June 21 towards the International day yoga in 2021.

Dr Prakash had participated in International yoga day 2021 organized by Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari.
He completed the Ethical and Yogic Excellence Course by Pyramid Spiritual Science Academy (GLOBAL) India in September 2021.

Dr Prakash had successfully completed 21 day Mega Master course ‘Manifestation Decoded’: ‘The real secret behind the secret’ organized by Shreyans Dagha Foundation in 2022.

Dr Prakash had received the certificate of participation in ‘Har Ghar Dhyan Session’ an intiative of Ministry of Culture,Govt. of India organized by Art of living in 2022.

Dr prakash had participated in the 750 million suryana namaskar challenge for 21 days organized on the auspicious occasion of the 75th anniversary of Independence of day,Azadi ka amrit mahotsav.

On October 8, 2021, he received the "National Yogi Yoga Award" from the Global World Record for his dedication and service to the field of yoga on behalf of the International Union Yoga Federation & WSS Sports.

He also completed the online Level 1 course of 'Spiritual Tablets' under the guidance of Dr.P.S GopalaKrishna,Founder & Chairman of Spiritual Tablets Research Foundation, receiving a certificate of completion on August 8, 2022, in Bengaluru.

Dr. Prakash earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Pranayama from Yoga University of the Americas, Florida, USA (YUVA) on April 27, 2023, under the guidance of Dr. Devaki Mahadev, Professor, Psychologist,and Researcher at YUVA. He also serves as a visiting faculty at Bangalore University's Yoga Centre.

Dr. Prakash has conducted seminars on yoga and personality development in various schools,colleges,and research institutes. He has also appeared on All India Radio and TV programs, including Kasturi Channel's (Doctors Dairy program) and DD Chandana's(Namaskar Namma Karnataka) program on May 26, 2022. He is Proficient in Yoga therapy, energy management, stress management, and cosmic healing.
