I conduct Pregnancy care classes and Parenting Workshops and consultations that are informal, interactive and fun. The attempt is to explain medical concepts using humorous equivalents from everyday life.
The pregnancy classes are on Antenatal Nutrition, Antenatal Exercise, Birthing (including cesarean section), Breastfeeding, Newborn care, Postnatal Care.
My parenting sessions are for parents of children in all age groups. The sessions are stress relievers and steer clear of blaming the parent for everything that is going wrong with the child. The sessions are non preachy and solution oriented.
I also conduct sessions for children to acquaint them with the changes they are likely to encounter (both physical and mental) during puberty.
I also have workshops for teenagers that guide them to use the teen years effectively and workshops that explain how they can use their brains to learn large volumes in very little time.
