I have twenty-five years of experience in education, and throughout my journey, I have always been passionate about becoming a teacher. I hold an MA and B.Ed degrees, which have equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this profession. I have worked at various esteemed institutions, including Kensri School under the CBSE board, Nagarjuna School, and Ajeet Premji Wipros. I have also worked at Unacademy, where I taught competitive exam preparations. My role as a resource person at the CBSE Board and as part of the Wipro book editing team has further enriched my teaching experience.
Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a passion that drives me to empower students with knowledge and skills that will shape their future. Over the years, I have conducted over 5000 teacher training sessions, emphasising the importance of effective teaching methods and pedagogical approaches. I dedicate one hour to teaching students from the first to tenth grade in Kannada and offering specialised Kannada language classes for eleventh and twelfth-grade students.
To enhance the learning experience, I utilise whiteboard and digital board technology, enabling me to provide clear explanations and visually engaging content. I also provide comprehensive notes to my students, facilitating their understanding and revision. Moreover, I am keen to offer a certification of completion to students who successfully finish the course, and I plan to collaborate with UrbanPro for this purpose. With my extensive experience and dedication to education, I strive to create an environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
