I am an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience with eminent Hotel groups. At the pinnacle of my career i was Vice President with Clarks Group of Hotels and has also worked for Sarovar group and I.T.C. group. I have worked with Mr A.B. Kerkar, Ex-Chairman of Taj Group of Hotels and an independent Hotel consultant.
I am the founder director & CEO of his company The One Leap and they are in the business of Coaching and Training. Their focus is coaching for the corporate individuals and they have variety of Soft Skills training programs for enterprises and educational institutions. I am a firm believer that, failures and rejections can deeply hurt any person and create discomfort and anxiety. I wants to help such people by working as a life coach to help people develop life skills and enjoy life. I am a dedicated Life Coach and Soft Skill Trainer with experience in direct counselling.
