I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Trainer. I specialize in Yoga for Stress and Anxiety, Various Pranayama and Meditaion techniques, Yoga Nidra and Yoga asanas. Also, I provide special yoga sessions for flexibility and weight loss.

I only offer online sessions for individuals as well as groups.

Every individual is different and therefore, my sessions are designed unique way to meet individual goals. My first session is an assessment session to understand the current fitness level of every individual and understand their objective from the session. The assessment session is free and lasts from 30 minutes to one hour varying from person to person. The subsequent sessions are planned to meet their need and are normally of 1 hour.
