Firstly, I would suggest to avoid negative words like 'Poor', 'Weak' etc. Being negative brings your moral down further. Anyway you dont have to be sorry that you are weak in english, because that is not your native language either. You havent put your whlesome interest in learning english earleir, may be you weren't required to... but now that you are - I would suggest you start listening to BBC news, and books like readers digest, Paper editorials, short stories etc. And moreover try speaking with others with your broken english and that is fine... making mistakes is fine, by doing that you are only increasing the probability of being right next time. I wish you best in what you do!

MBA and coding are 2 distict branches of studies, you should give it a serious thought about your inclination, if your inclination needle is bent towards the logical side of your personality go for coding, but if you look yourself as more commanding, problem solver, conflict manager... go for MBA. Caution - Do not look where world will take you... rather look where you can take the world...

Engineering is outdated these days, you should take this is an opportunity to explore other various result oriented job profiles, such as roles in hospitality, Social services, Pharma courses, nursing, BSc of your choice, Bio informatics, Bio technology and many more. But ensure that you are completing 16 years of study in order to be compliant with overseas jobs, studies etc. I have also seen some of the short term courses that are very fetching after you complete your degree courses as mentioned above.
