I have completed my post graduation in diploma from annamalai university. I have more than 5 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga. I believe yoga is a path to accomplish anything in life and i also believe if body is weak, mind is weak, if mind is weak body is weak, so the only way to strengthen both mind and body is yoga. I teach traditional yoga, power yoga and therapeutic yoga. which enables one to have control on their mind and their emotions free from stress at same time helping them become more flexible, strong and fit. I teach ancient techniques of yogic, breathing, suryanamaskars, asanas, pranayama, meditation and kriyas and I have also learnt reiki, pranic healing and hypnosis. Which is natural therapy in healing body and mind. I teach yoga at customers place at their convenient time.
