With twenty-seven years of teaching experience, I have always been passionate about imparting knowledge. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Kannada and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). My teaching journey began as a teacher, and I spent a fulfilling twenty four years in a school environment. However, retirement didn't dampen my love for teaching.
I still had a burning desire to continue sharing my expertise, which led me to the Urban Pro platform. Through this platform, I have been able to pursue my passion for the past four years, conducting online classes. My dedication to teaching has been recognised through the prestigious "Uttama Shikshaki" certificate, which acknowledges my excellence as an educator. The positive feedback I receive from my students further fuels my passion and motivates me to deliver high-quality education consistently.
I have held various positions throughout my career, including Vice Principal of Indian Public School in Bangalore. However, my primary focus has always been on teaching Kannada. I specialise in teaching Kannada to students from grades fifth to ninth. My online classes cover all aspects of the language, including spoken Kannada and reading and writing skills. To ensure an interactive learning experience, I make use of online platforms. These tools enable me to engage with my students effectively, providing them a conducive environment to ask questions and actively participate in the class.
During my classes, I incorporate question-and-answer sessions as well as practice assignments. I strive to create an engaging and enriching educational experience by actively involving students in the learning process. Utilising the Urban Pro platform has been a rewarding experience. It enables me to reach a wider audience and provide quality education to students from different locations. By leveraging technology, I can make learning accessible and convenient for all.
