I am working as a karate instructor and manager for 5+ years and have taught 70+ students ranging from 5 to 60 years of age and knows workouts and drills to activate your inner athlete. I have won gold medal for state championships and been distrct and state coach, I have participated in national championship, and currently practicing for upcoming world championship, would be glad to spread my knowledge and skill on this field to you.
As you would know martial arts is a way of life and as a martial artist i have not only studied the art but the variables around it like body conditioning, different excercise for differnt needs, skill set and situations, to build an athletic fit body accordingly.
