You have lots of options nowadays. Invest some cash hiring some recording kits, music kits, borrow a camera operator and editor. Make your video and publish it. Or you can go to a studio to pay money and make your album. Or else if you have musicians whom you know personally, contact them create your own band/group.

Passion is not enough unless your love is your profession. You see the TV artists and singers, the players, their job is their passion. But in general, you cannot earn more money through your passion. You need to have a permanent way to make. You can be a doctor, engineer, banker, CA, Lawyer, corporate/govt. Employee or a businessman, and pursue your dreams side by side on weekends. Earn extra money via freelancing if you have such skills like music, arts, dance, etc.
