I have worked as a Process trainer for last 05 years in multiple organizations. One of my responsibilities was to train new hires and ensure they achieved a satisfactory level of understanding of the process within a given period of timeline so that they can start production immediately.
My training and coaching abilities have been acknowledged and certified by my previous employers and the clients.
I believe in helping the learner(s) with their process of learning rather than dictating the rules as every individual learner has his/her own motivation to learn a given concept or subject and require customized assistance in order to achieve the desired result.
