With over 18+ years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer, I have built a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured execution—skills that directly translate into how I approach nutrition and biomechanics.

For the past 6+ years, I have been deeply immersed in the fields of nutrition, exercise science, and biomechanics. My approach is not based on trends or generic plans, but on understanding how the human body actually responds to food, movement, and recovery at a physiological level.

I have completed my certification in overall nutrition and biomechanics under Aman Duggal, and further strengthened my understanding of biochemistry and biomechanics under Tejas Kulkarni. This combination allows me to bridge practical coaching with scientific reasoning.
